Individuals may initiate a text conversation with the City to ask questions, request information, or receive assistance regarding City business, utilities, services, meetings, forms, permits, ordinances, public notices, office hours, and other municipal matters.
The City's SMS service is intended primarily for two-way communication initiated by residents and members of the public. It is not used for commercial marketing or promotional messages.
Consent
By initiating a text conversation with the City or otherwise opting in to the City's SMS service, you consent to receive text messages related to your communication with the City.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending upon your interaction with the City. Messages are generally sent in response to questions, requests, or conversations initiated by the user.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending upon your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
STOP
You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed.
HELP
Reply HELP for assistance or contact the City of Delmar through the contact information provided on the City's website.
